Where's There's Smoke............

Friday evening we headed to the west side for some complicated business. Smoke from the Mount Hood forest fire was apparent in the horizon and the reflection in the Columbia River.

Coming home tonight, just a few miles from home and the sun was on fire in golds and crimsons.

The Message:

Psalm 50 1-3 The God of gods—it's God!—speaks out, shouts, "Earth!" welcomes the sun in the east, farewells the disappearing sun in the west.

You take the prettiest pictures.
Of course, Oregon how could you go wrong? The state is absolutely beautiful.
But your pictures capture that beauty.

Isn't it odd how fires make the most spectacular sunsets?

Very nice pictures.

You'll be pleased to know that the first WV was longer than my comment (and I mistyped it), the second was longer than the first.
