Fun Monday, The Anniversary Model
Happy 1st Anniversary to FUN MONDAY. One year ago a single photo request from Vicki in Oklahoma and Peter in Willowtree, NSW Australia, inspired what has become to many a weekly necessity. There have been a multitude of subjects that share a common denominator: FUN.
Last weeks host passed the duties forward to the original Mistress of Ceremonies: Catch The Light.
Vicki wants us to look back to January 22, 2007 at that first post, My View From...
But, wait! There is more. If you look now each can throw in his/her first blogging post for no extra charge. Mine was June 11, 2006 and had an inspirational title: My Dusty First Hello!
In case your curiosity is still not satiated, I have uploaded two pictures from last night. These are photos taken with my new Christmas present. The one on the right is my very first night shot.
( I promise I'll get better at it.)
A warm welcome at my front door to all those participating in Fun Monday - and an enthusiastic invitation to the rest of you who aren't. Check out the list in the sidebar at Catch The Light and HAVE FUN!

I'm looking forward to seeing your fun bag.
Thank you for your hilarious comments you leave. You are just too quick, and I love it! So glad I found your blog! Wendy
I like your pics and they way you displayed them!
I'm off to read your first post, but I suspect I already have.
LOVE the night views of snow falling (love any views of snow falling...especially if I can reach out and touch it :/).
Can you believe it's been a year?
The photo of the night time snowfall is terrific. I love that one!!!
Happy Fun Monday.
It's like getting to know you from the start. Of course, the rest of my day will be spent catching up.
Love your current shots too. Looks like you're having fun with your new camera. :)
I like the night photo. It snowed here all day, but then quit in the afternoon.
Have a good week!
You also have snow there! We haven't had any all winter, here in Belgium!
Wish we could get some of that pretty snow down here.
Love the wildflower pics below, by the way.
I love the night time snow shots. They are quite lovely.
I think the night shot is just fine.
Loved your first post, how did I know it would be a lovely story about dust and birds. :)
The photos are wonderful... Lots of snow here and a whole 0* at present. Cold!
It's hard to master photos of snow falling. (While at work today, looking outside at the falling snow, I kept wishing I could capture a decent photo of it for you all!)
I have a surprise for you at my blog!!!
I see you live East of the Cascades. The place I call my real home is my house West of the Cascades in the Seattle area. My husband and I are living in Southern California in a Condo because of his job right now. Thanks for stopping by my fun Monday!
*sigh*
One day I want to see snow again.
Sandra Evertson
Loved all the beautiful flowers in your previous post!
