"Autumn Fruits"

Autumn's yield  of Concord Grape from our back yard arbor will not even provide enough for my annual batch of jam.  The cold spring and summer are to blame.  Now I wonder if I should just leave them for the birds so that they will have a winter treat this year.

Raisins for the birds-that's a good idea. Love photos and paintings of grapes, especially when you capture that "dusty/frosty" side as you did. Can still remember that sweet/sharp smell of boiling fruit. Do the grands get to run their fingers across the test plate? We always spooned out a bit on a plate and then let cool for a minute. Then if you run your finger though and it doesn't slide back together it's jelly time!

I would eat a few and leave the rest for the birds. Be sure to leave you vehicle parked inside!

I checked out the web site about the apple orchard. What a wonderful mission they are on. Doing Gods will...how great is that! Thanks for sharing Pamela
