April's Perfect Post

The Original Perfect Post Awards – April 2007

I know he won't be particularly pleased with the attention, but I have nominated Peter (Willowtree, Once Upon a Blog) at A Dingo Got My Barbie as my choice for April's Perfect Post. Please click on Devastated, where he explores in verse the mercurial affections of Beep , his new calico cat.

If you aren't a cat lover, read it anyway to appreciate Peter's self-deprecatory wit. And, as Peter says, It won't "kill ya to comment." Enjoy.

Lindsay @
www.suburbanturmoil.blogspot.com and MommaK @ www.petroville.com host the Perfect Post Awards every month. There isn't a prize. It is just an opportunity to share someone's post that made you cry, touched your heart, had you laughing out loud or made you believe in magic again. (Read all the past awards in their very own library .)

I soiled my pants once a long time ago(big deal), but now all of a sudden I'm self-defecating. Well phooey to you.

Oh, good choice by the way, if anyone deserves this award it's me.

lol, I had to go back to what you said to make sure Peter hadn't actually quoted you in his comment :). I can't imagine you saying "that", even by accident!

That was an adorable little rhyme about Miss Beep...we all knew she'd turn on WT...it was just a matter of time ;).

I'll hop over and read the post.. I got a new kitty too this week. She's a precious jet black teeny tiny kitty. We named her Little Miss Sunshine. She's very needy. She follows me around like a baby duck follows its mama. She cries non stop if you leave her in the room by herself and she can't find you. She is sleeping right now under my chin.

I must admit - I love it.
