Grand Weekend

It is a good weekend when you get to see all the grandchildren -- except one.

Here is grandpa at the head of the table.  He is presiding over lunch in Clackamas Town Center at The Old Spaghetti Factory.  It was a great meal with Karmyn, The Caboose, David, Jammin', Buttercup, Curlymop, and Amanda.  I ate my entire serving of vegetable lasagna.

Back home, I got this photo of Mizelle, Red-headed Girl, Jennifer, and Goober Evalina.    These are the sugar and spice girls, of course.  The little sticks and stone boys didn't want to be in grandmas photo plans,

no matter how we tired to shake them down.

Missed seeing the absent 15 years old grandson.  Teenagers!

Wish I'd asked you to have chicken parm over brown butter s'ghetti for me at OSF--yum! In the second photo the mom is a beautiful young woman--model's face. What is it about kids who love being turn upside down and shaken? cheap thrill, I guess. glad you had a good visit, Pamela.

what a fun time to have all the kids together (o:
16 year olds are hard to track down ... boys are hard to get in pictures. Read your updates on last post. Some good news! Still hard times.
Hi Pamela, Karmyn is looking great! You all remain in my prayers..what fun for you to see almost everyone the same weekend. Since you have twice as many Grands as me..that is a really good deal and makes a Grandma smile. Beautiful Grands..even the upside down ones:)

I know what you mean about teenagers. I have two of them and they never cooperate when it comes to photos with their family. But don't think twice about posing with their friends!

Those kids are growing fast, Pamela.

It's so nice when the family can get together and enjoy each other's company. And yes, teenagers will be teenagers. :-)
