Cars and Artists -- More Tailgating

I have seen many more strange writings and artwork on cars.   Unfortunately, these three are only the ones I actually captured digitally.  However, I promise to be more aggressive and resourceful in the future.

Although the first two appear to be greetings written with temporary chalk, the last one is permanent  auto decoupage; front, back, and sides.

***updated.  these three are only the ones captured recently.  I didn't mean to disregard the ones I caught last year!  As reminded by my daughter.

Does that meant the T-bird isn't a coupe any more?

You said you were going to be more aggressive and resourceful - but apparently forgot about your Tailgating post from May 16, 2009.
Auto decoupage..interesting to say the least:)

I've never seen a decoupaged car before, but I have seen some pretty wildly decorated cars. Shoot! I just got WT's comment! I had to type out decoupage in order to understand it. De-coupe. Very clever, WT.

Fun :)

Here, I enjoy seeing license plates from all over the U.S. and Canada! Yesterday I was behind a truck from Nova Scotia!

I decoupaged a lot of things back in the day...never once thought about doing the car.
Do bumper stickers count? Seen on a car in a southern Arizona town where many cars have been stolen:
Honk if this is your car !

My favourite was on the back of a "budget" hire van;

The most interesting thing I have captured is a Mercedes mini-van full of hay...only in the South!

Oh man. Those ancient cars that are only held together by a decades-old palimpsest of bumper stickers are my favorite. You can tell everything about the age, sex, political preference, band following, religious affiliation, and every other stray thought of the owner just by reading his car.

I see a lot of the window writing around here since I live near several colleges and people in GA really get into their football. But the decoupage takes the cake, I will have to get a picture of the home made RV thing I see with wooden shingles on the highway. I am seldom the passenger though so I might crash trying.

I usually see writings on cars during graduation or for people who have passed away. I don't remember car writings being popular when I was younger.
